• This is a pre-paid conference. All payments are due by Monday, 30 June 2025.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must please be emailed to rleroux@mongoose.co.za. Cancellations will only be valid if recipients have an acknowledgement of receipt from the conference accounts department. Please resend your notice of cancellation if you have not received an acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours.

Refund of fees is as follows:

  • Cancellation before 30 June 2025 – 75% refund.
  • Cancellation before 14 July 2025 – 50% refund.
  • No refunds after 14 July 2025.
  • Substitutions can be made by informing the conference accounts department before the start of the conference.
  • Please note - refunds will be paid in the week following the conference.
